The purpose of this DISCLAIMER AND NOTICE is to make you aware of the potential risks connected with roller skating and to help you make an informed decision as to whether or not you should participate in these types of activities. By booking or attending a session with us you agree to the terms in our health and safety waiver disclaimer. If your ticket to any of our sessions has been purchased for you by someone else, please note that by attending a session you are agreeing to the terms in our waiver. Please disclose any medical conditions; physical and mental, injuries, allergies, and medication you are taking that may affect your participation in a roller skating class to a member of staff upon arrival. Please note our staff are not trained to give you health or medical advice. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Roller skating is a fun activity but injuries of all types can occur when participating in roller skating however Skate Asylum recommend the use of protective pads and helmets to minimise risks. If you decide not to wear protection then you fully assume the risk of any resulting injury. Such injuries include but are not limited to: Bruising, cuts and general soreness Muscle and tendon injuries Ligament and skeletal injuries Fractured or broken bones Concussions Heart attack Death Skate Asylum CIC disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages and assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered by any person as a result of the use or misuse of any information provided. Pre-Existing Medical Conditions: We highly recommend that you do not take part in an exercise activity if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, brittle bones, joint injuries or any other condition that could be aggravated by this activity or if you are pregnant/post natal. If you are, or suspect you are pregnant/postnatal you should not take part in this activity. In consideration of performing or participating in these types of activities, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skate Asylum, against any loss, liability, damage, cause of action, cost, or expense of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation reasonable solicitors’ fees and other legal costs. Skate Asylum reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the premises who break the rules of the rink or place the safety of others at risk
